cooking on low heat and reading directions 07/07/2009
I have a reputation for burning food that I am cooking in a frying pan. I'd like to make a good case in my own defense - and I can, sort of - but the fact remains that I do burn things that I am frying. And sometimes baking. If not a lot, then a noticeable percentage of the time. CommentsMy friend Dawn sent me here saying I'd like your essay. She was right. I feel as though I've found a kindred spirit:-)

I do that all the time! I get impatient at the end. My Husband is always complaining that I have the heat too high, but I always defend my self saying it's better that way. I don't really burn all that much all that often. Really.
